For the money, this can’t be beat. Easy to assemble. Took maybe 45 minutes. The pre assembled parts made it very easy to just attach and place and tighten. I used it last night for my workout. More than please. Yes! I am a real customer.
When i received the 3 in 1 squat machine it was very well packaged. The assembling was very minimal. I have been using it for squats, roman chair exercises(forward bends and side bends) i have to tell you that after my first session, my hip flexor have gotten more flexible. Thank you for a great workout machine. Quality was great!
I received my 3 in 1 rower quickly and called several friends to put it together. They were not available. So, I mentally prepared myself to put the equipment together myself. It has stayed together and is very sturdy. If I can put it together anybody can...other than me screwing the seat on wrong, I had no problems
I have used it everyday. Love love love this. I even did 60 ab crunches between a 40 minute elliptical session. Thank you for an awesome piece of equipment!

I was worried I that I would not see any results from a compact, inexpensive rower. I am extremely out of shape, with upper body mush, and I cannot row for 20 consecutive minutes. I started out doing 100 reps (5 minutes) in the morning, and 100 reps in the eveningboth prior to walking the dog for cool down. I have not changed my diet significantly, yet.
The rower is extremely simple to assemble. It takes up minimal space, so is perfect for small living quarters. This rower also seems to be very sturdy. This particular rower is also comfortable for those of us with shorter legs.
This is an excellent piece of equipment if budget and/or space is your primary concern.
I work from home for the business i started recently, so i wanted some form of working out while i am working.. I mainly bought this machine for two functions, one for working out from my office while working, and the other for the fact this machine can be used for arm exercising. I noticed that the product listing mentions that its for elderly people, but i am a 35 year old fit man, and this product works perfectly for me! There is a tiny bit of installation, but its a breeze, you only have to screw a few things on and it provides the tools you need to do so. The machine comes with a controller so if you are working while using it, you can easily change the speed and direction without having to get up or move. The controller is definitely a bonus, and really useful. The machine itself has a lit up digital screen which is nice and bright. The arm exercise function is amazing, its my favorite part. Inside the product box also is very easy to read and follow instructions which also explains how to do a few different workouts with the machine. I don’t normally do product reviews unless they are well below advertised or go above and beyond. Ordered a set and when one battery stopped working on one, they sent a replacement immediately no questions asked. I have been using these for cable flies and stuff as a replacement and they are awesome. Different feeling than normal cables but it’s a nice resistance that i love. Highly recommend
