The Basic Package does not include weight plates. However, this cable exercise equipment is compatible with both standard plates and Olympic plates.

Are all of the accessories shown in the picture included?
Yes. Everything shown is included in the box, including the V-shaped handle, double D row handle, pull-down bar, standard straight barbell bar, and deluxe tricep rope. No additional attachments need to be purchased separately.

Yes, the seat can be locked by adjusting the screws underneath. For safety and stability, we recommend using it in the extended position while training.
