WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE SUPPORTED?
We currently accept the following payment methods:

We are working on expanding our range of payment options in the future. If you would like to make a purchase through other channels simultaneously, please contact us, and our support team will provide you with the available options.
Currently, we only accept payments in US dollars, British pounds, and euros. The transaction amount will appear on your bank statement. In the future, we may introduce the ability to make payments in other currencies.
If you encounter any difficulties while using PayPal to complete your purchase, please ensure that your account details are up to date before making another attempt. If the problem persists, we recommend contacting PayPal for further assistance.

DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Product
DO YOUR PRODUCTS NEED ASSEMBLY?
Assembly is required on some of our equipment. These items come packed tightly and securely from the factory and do require assembly. This is the best way for the customer to receive their item in a manner that is less likely to get damaged during shipping.
HOW DO I GET ASSEMBLY ASSISTANCE?

MY ITEM ARRIVED AND IT'S DAMAGED! WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Firstly, take a deep breath. It's hard for major shipping carriers to deliver heavy packages across the USA perfectly every single time. We suggest opening the box and taking a look inside. The items come packaged fairly well on the inside, so just because the outside box is dinged up, doesn't mean what's inside is dinged either.
If you do encounter an issue, contact us immediately. Don't start disassembling the item and packing things back up in the box just yet. Reach out to us first and see if there's an easier solution.
